: Finance Manager

Employment Type
: Part-time 30 hours per week 9am-3pm Monday to Friday

About Us

We are a growing group of companies comprising four trading entities operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Bookkeeper / Administrator to support our Finance Manager and assist with the smooth running of our financial and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Daily reconciliation of accounts using Xero

· Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate record keeping

· Maintaining purchase ledger and general ledger entries

· Supporting administrative duties including scanning, filing, data entry, and correspondence management

· Assisting with the management of staff absences and holiday records

· Maintaining and organising digital filing systems

· Coordinating fleet vehicle maintenance, servicing, MOTs, and road tax

· Supporting general office operations as required

Skills & Experience Required

· Proven experience using Xero (essential)

· Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management

· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

· High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
