Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Canterbury. The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering outstanding client service, building lasting relationships with customers, and maintaining expert knowledge of luxury timepieces. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, executing merchandising and store presentation standards, and ensuring the showroom environment is professional and welcoming. The Sales Associate will also assist in educating clients on the heritage and craftsmanship of luxury brands while contributing to brand reputation and loyalty.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients
* Sales aptitude and experience with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Knowledge and enthusiasm for luxury products, particularly watches and jewelry, or a willingness to learn
* Attention to detail and experience in maintaining a highly polished store environment
* Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to understand client needs
* Capability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
* Bilingual proficiency is an asset but not required
* Prior retail experience in the luxury sector is a plus
