Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Tax Legal Advisor to join our expanding Stamp Taxes team.
The Role
You will support Tax Managers with stamp tax casework and act as a key point of contact for clients, helping to progress matters from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Casework Support
Assist with preparation and progression of stamp tax cases
Support drafting of reports and submissions
Review and organise documentation
Maintain accurate case records
Monitor timelines and deadlines
Client Liaison
Act as a key contact for clients
Handle client queries professionally
Coordinate document requests
Provide case progress updates
Operational Support
Assist with compliance and deadlines
Liaise with relevant authorities
Support internal reporting
Skills and Experience
Essential
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills

Professional client manner
Ability to manage multiple matters
Desirable
Legal, tax, or conveyancing experience
