Were working with a well-regarded Housing Association in Shrewsbury who are looking for a dedicated Income Officer to join their friendly and supportive team. The Role: As an Income Officer, youll play a key role in supporting residents to sustain their tenancies by managing rent accounts, preventing arrears, and providing advice around benefits and money management. You'll be a crucial part of ensuring the financial health of the organisation while promoting tenant wellbeing.
