About the Role
As a Graduate Security Consultant / Penetration Tester, you’ll play a key role in helping clients identify, manage, and reduce security risks. You’ll work closely with experienced security consultants, gaining hands‑on exposure to a wide range of security assessments and receiving tailored mentorship and training.
This role is ideal for someone eager to develop deep technical expertise while contributing to high-impact cybersecurity projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans across systems, networks, and applications
* Support penetration testing engagements to identify and exploit vulnerabilities
* Analyse risks and provide clear, practical security recommendations
* Assist clients with compliance and relevant security standards
* Produce detailed technical reports and documentation
* Present findings in a clear, approachable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Contribute to incident response activities when required
* Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree (STEM or Cyber Security) from a Russell Group University
* Strong understanding of technology and a genuine interest in cybersecurity
* Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
* Confident communicator with good presentation skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
* Certifications or relevant internships are a bonus, but not essential
