Are you an experienced administrator, or do you already have some recruitment knowledge under your belt? Come and join us as a Recruitment Administrator in the heart of Macclesfield town centre! You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team with the flexibility of hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home). If you're organised, people-focused and love keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit for you!

This is a fixed-term role to start with until the end of December 2025, with a strong chance of going permanent - something to discuss at an interview.

What you'll be doing...
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will assist with job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and the maintenance of recruitment records, helping to deliver a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Support the recruitment team with the full administration of the hiring process
Post job adverts across internal and external platforms
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations and outcome notifications
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information
Process offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment checks in line with compliance requirements
Liaise with HR and hiring teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process
Generate regular reports and metrics related to recruitment activity
Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, Hybrid Working What can you bring? Previous experience in an administrative or HR/recruitment support role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking or HR systems
A team-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes is desirable
