As BODDY enters its next growth chapter, the company is expanding into high-impact partnerships that redefine how health and wellness are embedded into global travel experiences. One of its key strategic partners in this mission is D ragonpass, with whom BODDY is building the wellness vertical of the future. About the Role Were hiring a Product Partnership Manager a hybrid role that combines product integration, partnerships, and commercial ownership across a network of airlines, banks, and travel clients throughout Europe. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership Management: Act as BODDYs embedded representative within dragonpass, aligning objectives, priorities, and outcomes across both organisations. Product & Platform Ownership: Ensure BODDYs wellness offering is effectively integrated and adopted across dragonpass global platform. Commercial Acumen: Drive revenue growth through partner relationships and identify new opportunities that support the sales pipeline. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with technical, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver cohesive product launches and partner enablement. Technical Understanding: Confidently discuss APIs, integration roadmaps, and digital delivery timelines to keep both sides aligned from concept through to execution. Insight & Performance Tracking: Use data, KPIs, and feedback to monitor success and drive continuous improvement. Autonomous & Professional Presence: Operate independently within a partner environment, maintaining professionalism and strong communication with senior stakeholders. About You Were looking for someone who is commercially minded, tech-savvy, and confident operating in fast-paced, global environments. Youll thrive on building relationships, driving outcomes, and bringing a passion for health, travel, and technology. Youll have: Experience in managing B2B partnerships, ideally in travel, wellness, fintech, or loyalty sectors. A strong understanding of digital product ecosystems and integration processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
