We are seeking an energetic, organised, and customer-focused team member to join our growing Water Efficiency team.
This hands-on role involves visiting customers homes to install water-saving devices, resolve minor internal leaks, and provide tailored advice on reducing water use.
There is also option to work in a non household role with less canvassing
The ideal candidate will have a proactive, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage their own workload to meet installation and service targets.
Youll play a key role in helping households save water, improve efficiency, and reduce waste all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Tasks
Install light-touch water-saving devices in customers homes
Identify and repair minor leaks within your training remit
Carry out Home Water MOTs, including meter readings, flow rate tests, and leak checks
Provide tailored water efficiency and behavioural change advice to customers
Manage daily appointments using the project CRM system and ensure timely, high-quality completion of work
Maintain accurate stock levels and follow all Health & Safety guidelines
Collaborate with the Plumbing Supervisor and wider project team to achieve targets
