We are seeking SC‑cleared Deployment Engineers to support the Project Manager on-site as part of project, a large‑scale Windows 11 laptop refresh programme. The role will involve deploying new devices, providing hands‑on desk side support, and assisting end users with any post‑deployment issues to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption.Location: HMNB Devonport - PlymouthDaily Rate: £ PAYE, £ UMBContract Length: 08th June 2026 till 01st July 2026Key Responsibilities:
1. Deploy and configure Windows 11 laptops in line with project build standards
2. Perform device setup, imaging, application installation, and user handover
3. Provide on-site desk side support to end users during and after deployment
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
5. Windows 11 OS
6. User profiles and access
7. Connectivity, peripherals, and applications
8. Work closely with the Project Manager to meet rollout schedules and priorities.
9. Escalateplex issues to relevant support teams where required
10. Accurately record deployments, issues, and resolutions
11. Ensure devices meet security,pliance, and asset management requirements
Key Requirements:
12. Proven experience in Windows laptop deployments or refresh projects
13. Strong working knowledge of:
14. Windows 10/11
15. Desk side / End User Support
16. Device configuration and troubleshooting
17. Experience supporting users in busy on-site environments
18. Ability tomunicate clearly with non‑technical users
Additional Information:
19. Active SC Clearance (must be current)
20. Willingness to work on-site throughout the deployment
21. Strong customer service and professional approach
