Responsibilities
* Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
* Register sales, assist customers at checkout courteously and efficiently.
* Engage customers by greeting them, offering assistance, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
* Model and share customer service best practices with team members.
* Recommend items, process transactions, and handle returns and exchanges.
* Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory and displays.
* Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
* Assist with food safety, stock rotation, and store maintenance.
* Operate store systems and equipment, including photo services and web order pickups.
Training & Development
* Attend training sessions and complete required learning modules.
Qualifications
* Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking), except in Puerto Rico.
* Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Experience
* Six months of retail experience preferred.
* Previous Walgreens experience preferred.
