Registered Service Manager - Ofsted

Due to a relocation of provision, we are looking for an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager, who is ready for the next step in their career to take on the role of Registered Service Manager. The successful candidate will have the responsibility for the management and leadership of our supported living services, covering the Milton Keynes homes. The Registered Service Manager will also be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the business and business expansion with the support of our Directors and operations teams.
Our well-established company have 5 semi supported living provisions in the Milton Keynes area. This role is an exciting opportunity, as the successful candidate will be with the business at this critical stage and it is a great opportunity for an experienced supported living manager to really make their mark with this role. The suitable candidate for this role must have at least 3 years' experience as a deputy Ofsted Manager or as a Registered Manager within supported living.
Our company provides semi supported living for care leavers and looked after children aged between 16 and 19 years old, we specialise in supporting young people and assisting them with employment, education, self-esteem, independence, mental health and preparing them for their next step to adulthood.
· Overseeing all Support Staff and Home Managers.
· Liaising with local authorities, Social Workers and other external agencies assisting in supporting the young people.
· Passionate about providing high quality person centre services.
· Minimum of 3 years' senior level experience within Semi Supported Living.
· Minimum of 5 years management experience.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Experience with Ofsted is vital.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality support.
- Manage and supervise a team.
- Conduct assessments and create support plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services provided.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff members.

Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
