* Diagnosing issues with pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
* Repairing or replacing faulty taps, toilets, sinks, and showers in line with the contract specifications,
* Clearing blockages in drains, toilets, and waste pipes.
* Maintaining water heaters and checking for proper operation.
* Testing water pressure and adjusting as needed.
* Documenting maintenance work and reporting issues to homeowners or contract managers
What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a qualified plumber with a valid SJIB card graded to Plumber or above. Ideally, you will have experience working in domestic properties and be comfortable speaking to customers. Due to the mobile nature of the role, a UK driving licence will be required.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a long-term contract working with one of the largest employers in the Scottish Borders. You will receive the option of paid annual leave and will receive regular updates from your Hays consultant.
