As a Support Worker, you'll be part of a close‑knit team offering steady, thoughtful care that helps people feel safe, confident and involved in daily life.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Helping with everyday tasks such as personal care, meals, medication and routines
* Supporting people to take part in activities at home and out in the community
* Building trust through calm, consistent support
* Following personalised care plans and working closely with your team
* Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing

* Good communication skills and a team‑focused mindset
* Flexibility to work longer shifts and some weekends
* A commitment to completing a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care within two years

Requirements
* Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (attained or to be completed by the relevant date)
* Experience in working with vulnerable people in a residential setting
* Must hold a valid British driving licence and be willing to drive for the company
* Solid understanding of vulnerable adults or child development and children’s needs
Salary: £12.82 Yearly
Contract Type: Full‑time
