The Role
As PPC Account Manager, you will lead the paid media strategy and execution for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are optimised to generate high-quality leads, revenue, and measurable growth. This is a full-time, predominantly office-based role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the paid search elements (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Amazon) within integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Taking full ownership of campaigns from initial setup and strategic planning through to optimisation, testing, and performance reporting.
* Developing and executing tailored paid media strategies aligned to each client's commercial objectives and growth targets.
* Analysing performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that inform optimisation and future strategy.
* Monitoring account performance daily and restructuring campaigns to improve efficiency and key KPIs.
* Supporting the onboarding of new clients, building clear roadmaps for success, and collaborating closely with internal specialists across SEO and social media.
* Testing new platforms, formats, and technologies to ensure clients benefit from the latest performance marketing innovations.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for a performance-focused PPC account manager with a strong analytical mindset and:
* 5+ years' experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn and other advertising platforms.
* Strong understanding of feed optimisation for shopping and performance-max campaigns.
* Proficiency in tracking, measurement, and reporting within Google Ads and related analytics tools.
* Experience in configuring pixel and conversion tracking to enable accurate attribution and optimisation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to contribute confidently to client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and measurable growth.
