Overall Purpose: The team are responsible for internal coordination and are first point of contact with customers. The team build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers. The ideal candidate will come from a similar role (Sales Support, Sales Admin, Customer Service) within a manufacturing, printing or packaging company. You will have a sharp attention for detail and ensure accuracy when sending information to customers, raising sales orders and production documentation.
