Salary: £24, - £25, per year

Responsibilities:
1. Processing purchase invoices and ensuring accurate allocation to projects and cost headers
2. Resolving invoice queries and communicating discrepancies with suppliers and site teams
3. Reconciling supplier statements and handling any discrepancies
4. Preparing supplier payments
5. Filing invoices and maintaining accounts documentation
6. Attending to accounts calls and managing accounts inboxes
Essential Skills & Experience:
7. Proficiency in Microsoft programmes, especially Excel
8. Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme is advantageous
9. SAGE experience would be beneficial, however, not essential
10. Previous accounts experience - Maybe you have exposure to some accounts duties in your administrative role or you are currently a Purchase Ledger
