At Screwfix, our Sprint proposition is all about getting what customers need to them quickly. It’s a key part of how we continue to evolve our digital experience and meet the expectations of modern trade professionals.
We’re now looking for a Sprint Trading Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day trading of this proposition. This role sits within our Digital team and will play a key part in shaping how Sprint grows over the next 12 months and beyond.

Responsibilities
11. Review market trends and competitor activity across on-demand deliveries, collating insight and providing recommendations to enhance Screwfix Sprint’s offer.
12. Measure and monitor Sprint performance through reporting and customer insight against our core KPI’s: sales, orders, awareness, delivery performance and other core metrics, identifying & reacting quickly to any concerns around performance
13. Creation, maintenance and representation of Sprint reporting & analysis, sharing clear and compelling performance updates with the wider team, giving actionable insight that will drive success and influence/inform decision making for others
14. Build relationships, engage and collaborate cross functionally (inc. Logistics, CRM, Digi Trading, Digital analytics, Customer data, Retail Ops, Product teams and UX) to drive the day-to-day performance of Sprint, and in being the ambassador to service excellence.
15. Work directly and manage the relationship with delivery partners (Gophr & Deliveroo) ensuring SLAs are met & maintained, providing insight and balanced challenge in ensuring action is taken to resolve issues impacting a customer’s experience and the integrity of the proposition
16. Support the planning, delivery, and post-implementation reviews of Sprint trading activity across all channels – taking accountability for key actions with the BAU delivery to support success and continuous improvement
Qualifications
17. Proven experience in digital trading, campaign delivery, or performance analysis.
18. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
19. Confident working with data; able to interpret insight and communicate recommendations.
20. Ability to organise and prioritise many tasks and to work calmly under pressure
21. The ability to tell a story using varying data sources that will make sense to the end user
22. Strong collaborator that is comfortable working cross-functionally at pace.
23. Strong interpersonal skills with experience of communicating and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
24. Ability to support stakeholders through change and guide them throughout the journey.
25. Flexible in being able to adapt to changing business requirements.
26. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365
