Key Responsibilities:
* Support the General Manager in all aspects of hotel operations
* Champion guest satisfaction and lead by example in service delivery
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team across departments
* Drive profitability and operational efficiency in line with brand standards
* Oversee Food & Beverage operations, ensuring smooth service and compliance
* Manage room inventory, guest check-ins/outs, and front office performance
* Maintain health & safety, food safety, and licensing compliance
* Promote the Mercure brand and Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme
* Collaborate with spa and leisure teams to enhance guest experience
* Lead operational delivery for events, conferences, and race-day bookings
Qualifications
* What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years hotel management or operations management experience
* Proven team leadership and people development skills
* Strong F&B background with hands-on operational knowledge
* Experience with property management systems (Opera Cloud preferred)
* Familiarity with POS systems (Micros or similar)
* Understanding of food safety, licensing, and brand compliance
* Passion for hospitality and guest-first mindset
