NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Performance Lead to join our Client Performance Team. Leading the delivery of remarkable solutions for migrating and existing NHS SBS client organisations in Purchase to Pay. Partner with clients and teams, to build operational improvements, following NHS SBS practices!
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading Process Impact Workshops to define scope and demonstrate NHS SBS systems and processes.
* Designing and deliver tailored solutions that integrate NHS SBS systems with local client processes.
* Collaborating with NHS SBS Operational teams to guarantee smooth migrations and process alignment.
* Producing high-level documentation, managing risks, and maintaining implementation breakthroughs.
* Delivering client training, support, and mentorship on best practice and process change.
* Advising and supporting Client Performance Leads, assisting in their development and performance.
* Seeing opportunities for revenue growth and process optimisation using lean principles.
What you’ll bring:
* Solid understanding of Oracle 12 and/or Fusion applications.
* Deep understanding of Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes.
* Shown ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively.
* Experience in project delivery, process build, and client engagement.
* Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with NHS organisational processes.
* Ability to travel and work away from home as required.
It would be great if you had:
* Project Management experience, ideally with PRINCE2 certification.
* Experience delivering training and organisational change initiatives.

Salary: circa £35,000 per annum (depending upon experience and development needs)
