The Role
We are looking for Bank Support Workers to join our growing Independent Living Services Team, supporting young people aged 16-18
under Local Authority Care across Hereford. This is an Ofsted regulated service, delivering support across several areas of
Hereford. Shifts are on a rota basis and can include days, nights or sleeps.
You'll play a vital role in helping young people develop independent living skills, whilst being part of a charity that is
committed to creating positive change in their lives.

Help young people build life skills and independence
Safeguard against harm, abuse and exploitation
Keep detailed records and support seamless communication with your team
Maintain a resilient, calm and positive approach even when things get tough
