As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will work alongside our Bar Manager in the operation of our 1906 bar to deliver an exceptional guest experience within our Food and Beverage offerings. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of service by providing quality food and beverages in a professional, warm, and friendly manner, while coaching your team to meet these standards. You will play a key role in ensuring 5-star cleanliness standards by completing all cleaning checklists, including ice machine and fridge temperature checks, and training your team accordingly. Additionally, you will be involved in developing our beverage offerings, including cocktails, and supporting the Bar Manager with recruitment, onboarding, training, and team development. You will also assist with cash handling, rota planning, and stock ordering as appropriate.
