Responsibilities
* Lead and develop commercial property workstreams across a range of sectors.
* Play a pivotal role in business development and client relationship management.
* Collaborate with other specialist departments to deliver a full-service client offering.
* Mentor and support junior lawyers, promoting a positive and high-performing team culture.
* Contribute strategically to the ongoing success and expansion of the firm’s property practice.
Qualifications
* A proven track record in all aspects of commercial property work, ideally with strong regional market experience.
* A proactive, business development-focused mindset and a desire to grow a client base.
* Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and support colleagues.
* The confidence to operate at Partner or Legal Director level, with a forward-thinking and collaborative approach.
