Caretaker / Cleaner (Community Halls) Job ref: ST 12945 | Job type: Permanent Location: Community Halls Portaferry and Carrowdore | Salary: SCP 4 £13.45 per hour Quantity of Posts Available: 2 Closing date: Thursday 02 Jul 2026 16:00 Job summary The person appointed will be responsible to the Community Centres & Halls Supervisors for a wide range of duties primarily in connection with the Community Centres and Halls throughout the Borough of Ards and North Down. Please note These are permanent part-time posts paying £13.45 per hour. They are available at various Community Halls / Centres throughout the Borough - please refer to the attached documents for contract information, locations and sample rotas. x1 permanent, Term Time part time post (average 15 hours per week, 10 months of the year - Portaferry Community Centre) x1 permanent, Term Time part time post (average 15 hours per week, 10 months of the year - Carrowdore Community Centre) *Opportunities are also available for Casual Caretaker/Cleaner positions to cover ad hoc hours across our sites which include: Ballygowan, Bangor, Carrowdore, Comber, Conlig, Donaghadee, Groomsport, Holywood, Kircubbin, Newtownards, Portaferry and Portavogie.
