Job Description: Job Overview We have an exciting opporunity to join our uk HR team. You'll play a key role at our Hastings site, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and a strong advocate for our people. With a sharp focus on employee relations, you'll combine deep business understanding with practical HR expertise to translate site priorities into clear, impactful people strategies. Working closely with our Aerospace Defence and Marine HR team, you'll influence decisions that shape culture, capability and performance. From driving engagement and supporting leaders through change to creating a safe compliant and inclusive workplace, you'll have real ownership and visibility in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys partnering with leaders, solving complex workforce challenges and making a meaningful difference at site level. Your new role: - Promote a safe, compliant, and productive working environment. Reinforce TE's All In on Safety culture through daily actions and leadership partnership - Partner with the HR Business Partner to support employee engagement initiatives - Work closely with mid-level leaders to identify workforce risks and capability gaps. Use data and trends to implement targeted HR actions aligned to business priorities - Anticipate business cycles and talent needs. Develop proactive people plans that strengthen capability, retention, and workforce agility - Contribute to Business Unit talent, capability, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Provide site-level input into organization design and HR programs - Partner with HR Solutions and Centers of Excellence to ensure accurate, timely delivery of core HR services and processes - Lead employee relations activity at site level. Manage complex cases in line with policy, legislation, and company values. Drive fair, consistent, and sustainable outcomes - Support continuous improvement of the HR operating model. Improve service delivery and ensure HR outcomes support site growth and maturity - Foster an inclusive and respectful workplace culture. Promote engagement, wellbeing, and productivity across the site - Apply Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools to simplify HR processes, reduce inefficiency, and improve service quality - Develop and deliver change plans, timelines, and communications. Ensure effective adoption of new initiatives and ways of working - Coach and advise leaders on people matters, workforce challenges, and organizational change. Strengthen leadership capability and confidence - Champion HR programs, core talent processes, and the annual HR calendar at plant level. Ensure alignment with Business Unit and corporate frameworks. Your ideal background: - Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree strongly preferred.
