About the Role As a Learning Support Worker in Cwmbran, you will collaborate closely with teachers and specialist staff to support pupils with a variety of additional learning needs. These may include autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs. You will play an essential role in helping learners grow academically, socially, and emotionally within a positive and nurturing school environment.
