What you'll do
Responsible in preparation and presentation of all menu items, to ensure that a high culinary Standard is met and that the service is prompt and efficient.
Ensuring the company Personal and Food Hygiene, Health and safety standards, policies and procedures are adhered at all times.
To check and receive goods ordered are to the standard and quality required and inform if there is any discrepancies or items unavailable.
To maintain specified standards of food handling and storage & Stock Rotation.
Control in all aspects, from portion control to freshness of the product presented and minimize the waste in operation
Ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy.
To Support Head chef/Sous Chef in delivering required standard of food, and kitchen operation.
Comply at all times with the HR Staff Code of Conduct.
To ensure that the uniform provided is worn at all times whilst on duty.
Demonstrate good customer service Attitude to our Clients, Staff & Customers.
Responsible in maintaining a safe working environment to minimize accidents within the workplace
To undergo training courses and to attend any company meetings when necessary.
To be prepared to change work methods, patterns to ensure the smooth running of the unit operation.
To carry out reasonable management requests.
Run any kitchen section to the required standards set by management.
Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily and required tasks.

Rate of Pay : £15 per hour
Shifts :2 early 4:45am-14pm, 2 lates 14pm-22:30pm, 2 off (4 on 2 off)
MUST be able to provide 5 years of working history in UK & UK address history
The role will be made permanent upon gaining references for full pass.
