Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Contracts Manager based in Kettering, with flexibility for remote work. The Contracts Manager will oversee existing contracts and negotiate new agreements with clients and vendors, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinate with project teams to meet schedules and budgets, and resolve contractual disputes. The role also involves managing and improving contractor relationships, reviewing legal documents, and ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations.

* Strong knowledge of fire protection services and regulatory compliance
* Ability to coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
