We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in sales or business development. In this role, you'll identify new opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth while positioning Pixl as a trusted solutions partner in the UK market.

What You'll Be Doing: As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding Pixl's client base and delivering measurable growth.
* Revenue Growth - Identify, pursue, and secure new business while maintaining healthy profit margins.
* Pipeline Management - Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
* CRM Ownership - Accurately track activities, leads, and opportunities within the Pixl CRM.
* Client Relationships - Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with new and existing clients.
* Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
* Opportunity Identification - Proactively research markets, sectors, and prospects.
* Market Awareness - Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
* Brand Representation - Represent Pixl at networking events and industry functions.
* Additional Duties - Support wider sales and growth initiatives as required.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong lead generation and opportunity development abilities.
* Strategic mindset with commercial awareness.
* Self-starter with a results-driven approach.
* Ability to confidently present technical and digital solutions.
* Relationship-focused with strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
* 3+ years experience in sales or business development.
* Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Experience in B2B, events, or service-based industries advantageous.
