We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marine Superintendent to join our team in Europe and UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine engineering, exceptional administrative skills, and the ability to project manage various maritime projects effectively on site and on board around Europe. As a Marine Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of vessel reactivations, ship conversions, dry dockings, and ship repairs, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Oversee all aspects of maritime projects, including technical, operational, and administrative aspects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute project activities.
Perform site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Manage project documentation, budgets, and schedules.
Monitor and report project progress to senior management.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
A marine engineering background is required.
Proven project management experience in the maritime industry.
Willingness to get hands dirty and work in various project environments.
Local residence in UK south coast, with the ability to travel to EU ans work when necessary.

The job ordinarily runs 5 days per week with weekends on a duty call basis, subject to vessel's docking into port and based on a TOIL (flexi time) regime.
This job entails a good technical understanding of an offshore vessel operations environment. Our superintendent team are not just managers but teams willing to be "on the tools" on board ship, assisting with engineering tasks on main engines, auxiliary, electrical and other systems. Tasks include vessel engineering support, system installation and maintenance, mobilising spreads of equipment and teams for offshore and subsea projects together with Scheduling maintenance. Monitoring and supporting of the engineering and maintenance of our PMS systems.
