You can expect to have full autonomy on the projects you run and a clear opportunity to grow within the company and be a crucial part of the team, delivering exceptional building surveying services within their specialised sector.
I would like to speakwith previous experience working with high end commercial private sector clients. In the role you can expect to work on a mix of Dilapidations, Project Work, TDD and Business Development.
This is fantastic opportunity for an experienced surveyor who are aiming for Directorship - my client will consider up to Director level for their Edinburgh team.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
* MRICS Qualified
* Proven experience in building surveying with a focus on commercial private sector clients
* Strong project management skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Client-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
* Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a tight-knit team.
