You will work in a clean, organised, and fast-paced workshop environment, contributing to a range of high-quality roof truss, spindle, and panel assembly projects.
Role Overview
As a Timber Frame Operative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Assembling wooden roof trusses, spindles, and wall/floor panels with precision.
* Accurately interpreting and working from technical drawings and blueprints.
* Maintaining consistently high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
* Strictly adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all.
Candidate Profile
* Experience: Proven experience in timber frame assembly or a related manufacturing/woodworking role.
* Skills: Competent in reading, interpreting, and working directly from technical drawings.
* Qualifications: A CSCS card is highly desirable; relevant technical training will be considered a significant advantage.
* Personal Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and an effective team player.
