Solicitor / Legal Executive - Wills, Probate & Estate Planning - Romsey

Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
A well established and forward thinking private client team is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its Wills, Probate and Estate Planning department. The team continues to grow, with recent expansion into additional offices and the introduction of improved client onboarding processes to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload and advise clients across a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate and estate planning.
* Handle matters from initial instruction through to completion.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Provide clear, commercially aware advice.
* Meet time‑recording and revenue targets.
* Support departmental development and growth.
* Participate in marketing, networking, and business development activities.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience across wills, probate and estate planning matters.
* Confidence managing your own caseload, with supervision on complex matters.
* Strong communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
* Ability to attend the office at least three days per week.
* A proactive attitude towards business development and networking.
* A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to team growth.
