Internal Sales Executive
Our client, a market leading electrical wholesaler are looking for a talented and ambitious sales professional with electrical wholesale experience to maximise and expand on their current and potential customer base.
This is a proactive sales role involving.
* Taking and making inbound and outbound calls from existing and new customers.
* Selling products directly to customers on the trade counter
* Good understanding of electrical products and electrical supplies.
* Clear telephone manner and the ability to provide exceptional levels of customer service
* A can do attitude - we always try to make it work for the customer
* Attention to detail & able to manage own workload
* A positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure
* Previous internal sales sales in the Electrical Wholesale or similar trade industry is essential
* customer focussed with good sense of humour.
* Willingness to assist in other areas of the business during busy/holiday periods.
* Revisiting dormant accounts and approaching with a view to account reactivation.
* Liaising with manufacturers to secure the best terms possible and quoting on special projects.
