Job Overview
Working as part of the Admin team to provide excellent service to our clients.
Working hours are 0800-1700, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Admin/Office Manager.
Responsible for executing maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specifications.
Providing efficient service delivery.
Conduct yourself professionally in support of our customers and colleagues.
Complete reports and paperwork as instructed by your Office Manager.
Take responsibility for your training needs and communicate them to your Office Manager.
Adhere to Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and latest regulations.
Main Duties
* Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
* Maintain high standards of quality, service, and presentation.
* Monitor reactive work delivery and ensure KPIs are met.
* Assign and dispatch reactive work orders to engineers.
* Ensure work orders are completed on time with proper documentation.
* Manage CAFM systems to ensure accurate information for analysis.
* Escalate unavailability issues to managers.
* Handle customer complaints appropriately.
* Answer internal and external calls professionally and ensure messages are relayed.
* Manage all PPM activities, including job processing, distribution, and closure.
* Raise purchase orders for PPM and reactive jobs.
* Complete monthly AFP reports and assist with forecasts.
* Support additional duties as required for contract operations.
* Record engineer/supervisor holiday data via Maximo and E-Timesheets.
* Support scheduling during leave periods or for professional development.
