The Role: As a Resident Services Assistant, youll be at the forefront of creating an outstanding experience for residents and prospective tenants alike. Youll support the General Manager with all aspects of building management, from lettings to community engagement, and everything in between. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Be the welcoming face of the building, delivering excellent service to residents and visitors. Handle enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and create a positive atmosphere. Lettings: Conduct engaging viewings, manage tenancy processes from start to finish, and help achieve full occupancy at the best possible rent. Community Building: Organise on-site events, build local business partnerships, and encourage resident engagement to foster a sense of community. Property Management: Carry out regular walk-arounds to ensure the building and amenities meet high standards of safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
