As our asset and purchasing activity continues to grow, we're looking for an administrator to support the Assets and Purchasing teams with day-to-day tasks, reporting, and coordination.
Position Overview
This role supports the daily operations of our Assets and Purchasing teams. You'll work closely with senior team members to keep information organised, reports up to date, and purchasing activity moving smoothly.
It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, Excel, and structured processes, and who wants to develop a career in purchasing, asset management, or supply chain within the aviation aftermarket.
No prior aviation experience is required. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Assets & Market Support
o Update and maintain Excel trackers related to inventory, assets, and pricing
o Prepare part lists, summaries, and supporting information for asset reviews
o Help keep asset data accurate and consistent across spreadsheets and systems
o Assist with tracking market activity and part performance
* Purchasing & Procurement Support
o Send RFQs to suppliers and log responses
o Enter and maintain quote, pricing, and supplier information in internal systems and trackers
o Support the creation and tracking of purchase orders
o Track deliveries, paperwork, and outstanding actions
o Keep clear records of supplier communication and order status
* Reporting & Administration
o Prepare regular Excel-based reports for the Assets and Purchasing teams
o Update summaries and pivot tables
o Ensure data is accurate and files are kept up to date
o Support ad-hoc reporting and admin tasks as needed
Excel & Data Skills
You'll be using Excel daily, so you should be comfortable with the following:
* Essential:
o Confident day-to-day use of Excel
o Using VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP to work across datasets
o Creating and working with pivot tables
o Sorting, filtering, and managing large spreadsheets
* Desirable:
o Basic formulas such as IF, SUMIFS, and COUNTIFS
o Experience working with shared files and structured trackers

* Previous experience in admin, purchasing support, operations, or supply chain is helpful, but not required.
