Your New RoleWe are seeking a professional and proactive Administrator / Receptionist to provide exceptional front-of-house service and efficient administrative support. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining security and smooth operations.

£24,790 salary - £ per hour + accrued holiday (£ including holiday)
Sheffield city centre location
Office based 100% ( Not hybrid)
37 hours a week - Monday to Thursday, Friday - 4pm
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for visitors and switchboard callers, delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries.
2. Manage visitor booking systems, conference room coordination, and maintain accurate visitor records.
3. Ensure reception area security and operate access control systems.
4. Handle iing and outgoing mail, including franking and bulk mail-outs.
5. Process ie securely and maintain accurate financial records.
6. Maintain photocopier/scanning machines and assist with stock control.
7. Update intranet content and noticeboards, and provide general administrative support including meeting organisation and minute-taking.
You’ll Need to Succeed
8. Proven experience in reception and administration roles.
9. Strong customer service skills and ability tomunicate effectively at all levels.
10. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
11. Ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
