Job: Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)
Location: Basingstoke (Hampshire)
Salary Dependent on experience: £48K - £55K DOE + Bonus + OT + Bens
Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
A fantastic opportunity to join a modern and friendly accident repair centre / Bodyshop in Basingstoke (Hampshire).
The position of Vehicle Damage Assessor [VDA] requires the individual to assess / estimate vehicle accident damage using the required knowledge and methods to ascertain the safest repair method.
An ATA VDA [Vehicle Damage Assessor] is desirable but not essential, as is knowledge of Audatex, Autoflow etc.
Duties will include:
* As VDA [Vehicle Damage Assessor] create accurate, right first time vehicle repair assessments
* Maintain an excellent working knowledge of estimating systems, i.e. Audatex, Autoflow
* Develop and or maintain an excellent knowledge and understanding of all insurer / customer contracts
* Maintain effective communication skills with both internal and external customers
You will have:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a VDA [Vehicle Damage Assessor] / Vehicle Repair Estimator
* Audatex experience
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Live in or around the Basingstoke [Hampshire] area
