This is a full time role, working an average 5 day week between 8:30 - 18:00 with every other Saturday off. About the Role: As a Handover Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing customers with a memorable and personalised handover experience, embracing the art of Omotenashi – Japanese hospitality. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our customers receive the highest standard of service during the handover process. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the car is prepared to a high standard before handover. Ensure all necessary accessories are fitted to the vehicle - liaising with workshop Confirm all customer preparations, including insurance and part-exchange documents, are in order. Conduct visual condition checks of part-exchange vehicles. Verify compliance and ensure all payments are complete. Prepare for showroom handover, including setting up a personalised name stand, car cover, and digital connections from the car to the app. Personalise the handover experience to meet customer needs Send personalised videos and engage with customers face-to-face. Collaborate effectively as part of a team of two. Our ideal Handover Specialist: Good level of general education, at least GCSE English and Maths. IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Previous work experience within a corporate environment, hospitality, and/or customer service. Full clean UK driving licence. Motivated and driven individual with excellent attention to detail. Confident in sending personalised videos and engaging with customers. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
