Overview

Mettler Toledo is a global leader in precision instruments and services, with innovation and quality across laboratory, process analytics, industrial, product inspection, and retailing applications. Responsibilities

* Join the inside sales team and energise field sales to exceed revenue targets.
* Manage all inbound enquiries—including leads, quotes, and post-sale support—while nurturing high-value and dormant customers via phone and email.
* Qualify and convert prospects, research clients, and identify cross-selling opportunities across the full product range.
* Oversee the sales pipeline with weekly reports and proactive follow-ups.
* Support Field Sales in revenue growth via quotes, pipeline management, calls, qualification, and appointments.
* Manage outbound calls and maintain CRM records.
* Deliver qualified leads for quotations and prepare overdue opportunity reports in CRM.
* Keep CRM data accurate and complete; identify cross-divisional sales opportunities.


What You Need to Succeed

* Motivated, proactive, enthusiastic team player
* Strong interpersonal and time management skills
* Extensive experience in administrative roles
* Proven ability to meet KPIs and targets
* Skilled in telephony environments
* Customer-focused with a sales-to-needs approach
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills
* Good IT skills and telephone system knowledge
* Experience with CRM/SAP systems preferred
