The Position A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Commercial Property Paralegal to join my client’s busy Nottingham office. This role offers the chance to be deeply involved in a wide range of commercial property transactions, supporting a skilled team of fee earners and gaining hands-on experience across various aspects of property law. Key responsibilities will include: Assisting solicitors with commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and leasing transactions Drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, leases, licences, and other property-related documents Conducting title investigations, reviewing Land Registry entries, and preparing title reports Liaising with clients, landlords, tenants, agents, lenders, and other third parties throughout transactions Managing case files, ensuring all documents and correspondence are accurate and up to date Preparing completion statements and supporting post-completion processes, including registrations and tax submissions Conducting due diligence and legal research for property matters Supporting the team with general administrative duties to maintain smooth workflow Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements Experience within a Commercial Property team or prior exposure to property law is highly desirable.
