To lead and deliver safe, efficient, and proactive maintenance across the manufacturing facility, with a strong bias towards electrical systems.
The role is responsible for ensuring all equipment operates safely and reliably, minimising downtime through effective fault finding, TPM activities, subcontractor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Safety, compliance, and operational excellence are fundamental to this position.
2. Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Engineering
Ensure all plant and equipment is maintained to a safe working standard.
Lead electrical fault finding and mechanical repairs across manufacturing equipment.
Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimise operational downtime.
Coordinate external specialist support when required.
Carry out and oversee Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
