Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our financial department in daily administrative tasks and ensuring accuracy in financial records, as well as working with our CEO to help compile reports & manipulate data pulled from our CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Processing and recording financial transactions accurately
- Posting sales receipts to our accounts system
- Handling queries from clients and vendors regarding financial matters
- Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring
- Conducting basic financial analysis
- Pulling reports from our CRM, cleaning the data using Excel (including using Pivot Tables) and helping our CEO compile reports for clients
Experience
Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role
- A degree or qualification in finance or accounting
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
