Employee Benefits Consultant
We are currently working with a leading employee benefits consultancy to support their search for an Associate Consultant & Consultant to join their small business solutions team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this organisation, which continues to evolve and develop, offering significant opportunities for progression.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage an existing portfolio of clients, providing consulting across PMI and/or Group Risk schemes.
2. Identify potential opportunities for new business (cross & up selling).
3. Serve as the first point of contact for all clients.
4. Must have prior Employee Benefits experience.
5. Effectively manage client relationships.
This role can be remote, with the expectation of attending an office at least once per month.
