About the Role: We’re searching for a confident, tech-savvy and customer-focused Switchboard Coordinator. You’ll be the voice of the hotel—connecting calls, assisting guests and ensuring our communication channels run effortlessly around the clock. What You’ll Be Doing: Operate the NEC Business ConneCT system, IP phones and PA systems with speed and accuracy. Handle calls professionally, providing clear information or directing callers to the right departments. Monitor system performance, report faults and follow procedures for emergency and priority calls. Manage wake-up calls, guest messages and call logging across systems including Opera and Telecom Eye. Ensure detailed record-keeping, smooth handovers and consistent communication standards. Provide out-of-hours support for staff and guests, maintaining a 24-hour service. Who You Are: Excellent telephone manner with proven customer service experience. Strong written and spoken English, confident with MS Office and multitasking. Calm, organised and able to prioritise under pressure. Bonus: experience with switchboard systems or hospitality environments.
