Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in providing leadership and inspiring the team, stepping up to cover the store when needed.
* Create an atmosphere where delivering amazing service, achieving performance targets and accurate stock processes are at the core.
* Deliver the best possible Bath & Body Works experience in store, advising and selling products while acting as a brand ambassador.
* Ensure the store meets all legal and compliance requirements for your area of responsibility.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all operational and commercial activities by working alongside the team.
* Show resilience during periods of change and embrace feedback to continue to drive results.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date communication to meet business needs.
