Accounts Administrator required for our client based at Drapersfield Road - Cookstown £neg (depending on experience) Mon - Thur 8.30am-5pm & Frid 8.30am-2:30pm Duration - 2 months with possible extension Job Duties: You will be required to raise sales invoices Deal with purchase ledger Use of Ex-checker Posting receipts General administration to include taking incoming calls from customers Data input to internal data base Check emails on regular basis Criteria: Previous admin experience in an office environment Must be familiar with Sales Invoices, Purchase ledger Experience of using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Accounts Package Skills: Accounts Admin Book-keeper Administrator Accounts
