About the Position
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape the digital experience of High Performance across YouTube and social platforms for our shows.
This role involves identifying powerful podcast moments, using AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that can change lives.
The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple social channels, video editing, AI content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial judgment is essential for creating engaging, motivational content that enhances our brand and resonates with audiences.
Responsibilities
1. Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth across platforms.
2. Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, maintaining the podcast's tone and style.
3. YouTube growth & optimisation: Optimize content for YouTube, including titles, thumbnails, and platform features to boost visibility.
4. AI content creation and curation: Create and manage high-quality visual content using AI tools, ensuring consistent branding.
5. Content scheduling and delivery: Schedule and upload content in line with marketing plans and partner needs.
6. Copywriting and tone of voice: Write engaging, inspirational copy using AI tools, maintaining a consistent tone aligned with each podcast's values.
7. Community management: Engage with audiences across social media and YouTube, fostering a positive community.
8. Performance tracking and reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies.
Skills & Experience
* Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels.
* Deep understanding of social and YouTube algorithms, trends, and metrics, with strong analytical skills.
* Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, along with scheduling and analytics platforms.
* Experience creating visually engaging content (e.g., thumbnails, carousels).
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
* Adaptability to shifting deadlines and content priorities.
