Roles & Responsibilities: * Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and remortgages * Handle complex matters with particular expertise in new build purchases * Provide clear, accurate, and timely advice to clients, ensuring a smooth conveyancing process * Supervise junior team members and provide guidance where required * Maintain strong working relationships with clients, referrers, and colleagues across the business Skills & Qualifications: * Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with proven experience in residential conveyancing * Background in new build transactions is essential * Previous supervisory or team management experience preferred * Organised with excellent attention to detail and time management About the Team You’ll be joining a well-regarded conveyancing department with a reputation for efficiency, professionalism, and client-first service.
