We are inviting applications for a motivated and skilled Nurse Associate to join our dedicated community services team based at Melksham Community Hospital.This is a full-time position offering a fantastic opportunity to provide high-standard, holistic, person-centred nursing care within the local community.About the Role:As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute significantly to the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for patients on the district nursing caseload.You will operate with a breadth of knowledge across the lifespan, embodying the core values of nursing care:compassion, competence, communication, courage, care, and commitment.Key responsibilities include:To adhere to organisational policy and procedures.Commitment to personal and professional development To treat all individuals with respect and maintain privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times.Responsible for delivering a delegated workload against the needs of patients and service requirementAble to manage own time effectivelyPlans and organise tasks and activities to be completed within agreed timescalesOrganise, prioritise and adjust own workload in relation to patient care.To work in care teams with other professionals, providing practical help to registered practitioners by delivering delegated aspects of nursing care to vulnerable and often highly dependent patients with a range of illnesses.Please see the job description attached for a full list of responsibilities.About You:We are looking for anindividual who iscommitted to professional standards and patient well-being.Essential:Registered as a Nurse Associate with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).Full UK driving licence.Excellent communication skills.Able to work independently, using own initiative and knowing when to seek advice.
